Cold Smoked Salmon Christmas Wreath

Impress your guests this Christmas with this beautiful salmon wreath using our Cold Smoked Salmon Slices. Serve with some crackers or bread and you’ve got the perfect platter to keep your guests occupied!

Ingredients

250 g cream cheese

½ handful fresh dill

4 tsp capers

1 x pack of Aoraki Cold Smoked Salmon Slices 180g cut into strips

30 g mesclun salad mix

½ telegraph cucumber

2 radishes sliced

½ red onion finely sliced

½ lemon sliced

½ lime sliced

50 g pomegranate arils

Method

Step 1

Place the cream cheese, 2 teaspoons of dill and 2 teaspoons of capers into the bowl of a food processor. Season with a little ground black pepper and blitz until smooth.

Step 2

On a large flat platter create a wreath shape using the cream cheese. Try and keep an even distance from the edge of the plate all the way around.

Step 3

Arrange curls of smoked salmon and cucumber on the cream cheese with leaves in between, pop in slices of radish, lemon, lime, and red onion and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and capers.

Step 4

Serve as part of a Christmas or entertaining platter with crackers or bread.
