4 Slices of sandwich bread with crusts off (or any bread or wrap)

2 boiled eggs

1 tbsp mayonnaise (or yoghurt or sour cream)

2 large radishes sliced

½ cucumber sliced

10 stalks of chives

1 roasted capsicum (or olives, capers or any other deli garnishes)
