Ingredients
Aoraki Wholegrain Mustard & Mānuka Honey Hot Smoked Salmon Portion
4 Slices of sandwich bread with crusts off (or any bread or wrap)
2 boiled eggs
1 tbsp mayonnaise (or yoghurt or sour cream)
2 large radishes sliced
½ cucumber sliced
10 stalks of chives
1 roasted capsicum (or olives, capers or any other deli garnishes)
Method
Step 1
Mash the boiled eggs with the mayonnaise and season.
Step 2
Spread the egg mix lightly over the bread slices and cut corner to corner.
Step 3
Lightly layer on the other garnishes and top with Aoraki Honey Mustard Hot Smoked Salmon.
