
Pōhutukawa Hot Smoked Salmon Lettuce Cups
Enjoy the taste summer with this easy lettuce cup recipe featuring our Pōhutukawa Hot Smoked Salmon. Add as little or as much as you like!

Ingredients
1 x pack of Aoraki Pōhutukawa Hot Smoked Salmon
Cos lettuce leaves
100g Watercress
50g Strawberries
Half an Avocado
1 Tablespoon Sesame Dressing
Furikake seasoning* see method
Salt to taste
Furikake seasoning
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Black sesame seeds
White sesame seeds
Sugar
Soy sauce
Method
Step 1
Roughly chop the watercress
Step 2
Dice up the strawberries
Step 3
Dice up the avocado
Step 4
Combine these ingredients in a bowl with the salt and sesame dressing and mix well
Step 5
Spoon the mixture into the cos lettuce leaves
Step 6
Add chunks of Aoraki Pōhutukawa Hot Smoked Salmon on top
Step 7
Sprinkle furikake seasoning on top
Furikake Seasoning
Step 1
Mix equal parts sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, black and white sesame seeds.
Step 2
Sprinkle some sugar and soy sauce
Step 3
Place on a tray with baking paper and bake for 10min at 180°C or until the soy sauce is dry
