1 pack of Aoraki Hot Smoked BBQ & Horopito Salmon Portion

4 small flour tortillas

1 small avocado, diced

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 red capsicum, diced

½ cup fresh coriander, chopped

Juice of ½ lime

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sriracha Dressing:

½ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sriracha

Juice of ½ lime

Method

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine capsicum, red onion, avocado, coriander, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

Step 2
