In 2026, Aoraki Salmon turns 25 and we’re celebrating the best way we know how. Crafted since 2001, our artisan smoked salmon is made using time-honoured techniques, where each fillet is carefully prepared, smoked, and expertly finished to bring out its natural flavour and texture. It’s a hands-on process built on craftsmanship, patience, and uncompromising quality.

To celebrate 25 years of artisan smoking excellence, we’re running 25 giveaways throughout the year, teaming up with some amazing artisan producers to bring you seriously good prizes. It’s our way of saying thank you to our customers and supporters who’ve been part of our journey.
