1 x loaf of rye bread (we like the kind with carraway seeds)

1 x 200g tub of mascarpone cheese

1 x punnet of raspberries

1 x punnet of boysenberries (or your favourite berries)

Mint and/or lemon balm leaves

Step 1

Toast the bread

Step 2

Spread the mascarpone onto the toast

Crush the berries on

Smash on the salmon
