1 Bagel, halved and toasted

2 tbsp Aoraki Smoky Salmon Spread

½ Cucumber (thin slices)

¼ red onion (thinly sliced)

1 x pack of Aoraki Blackcurrant Cold Smoked Salmon, air-fried 15 min at 180°C

Drizzle of honey

Method

Step 1

Air fry layers of Aoraki Blackcurrant Cold Smoked Salmon for 15 minutes at 180°C. Allow to cool to become crispy.

Step 2

Toast the bagel halves and when slightly cooled, spread a generous amount of Aoraki Smoky Salmon Spread on each half.

Step 3

Layer cucumber slices and top with crispy, air-fried Aoraki Blackcurrant Cold Smoked Salmon.

Step 4

Finish with a light drizzle of honey and red onion.

Step 5

Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet, smoky crunch!
